    How do I place my order?

    You can add this information in a note when ordering; Depending on the availability of the product we will select the requested product. Depending on the season and availability, we may not be able to respond perfectly to your request.

    In the home page, you can find all of our products and their prices.

    At the moment, we have the following methods of payments:

    • On delivery: only method for cash payment. (at the moment, we do not have method of payment by dataphone)

    • Online Payment : payments with credit, debit or PSE bank debit. You can also make payment by consignment through Baloto, Paga Todo, Efecty, among others. To do this, you must generate a payment number and go to the nearest branch to make it.

    1. Select the product(s) that you want to order and click the button Add to Cart.
    2. After adding all the products you would like to order, click the option “See Shopping Cart”; from there, you will automatically be redirected to a new page where you can see all your products and make any change the quantity of each of your products.
    3. When you have selected the quantities of your products, click the button ” Update Order “ , which will save any changes you have made to your order.

    Note: If you have a discount couper, please enter it by selecting “Coupon Code” and clicking the button “Activate Coupon” to use it.

    5. At the bottom of the screen, it will show you the “Total Payment” and the option to choose your delivery method. Select the option that corresponds to you. If you wish to calculate the shopping value of your order, you can open the form and input your postal code where you will be receiving your order by clicking the option “Calculate Shipping Value”. Then click on “Update Order”.
    6. Once you have verified your products, quantities and cost shipment, click on the button “Finalize Shipment”. You will be taken to the payment page.
    7. On the payment page, you will be able to view the selected products again and the billing details of your order. From there, you will be able to put your personal details, like your Name, Surname, Address, Postcode, Telephone, E-Mail from the fields available.
    8. Once you have entered your information, select your method of payment. At this time, PlazaMercado has two methods of payment: Cash (on delivery, when you are given the receipt of your order) or Online Payment by Debit, Credit or PSE bank debit.
    9. Then click on the button “Make your Order”.
    Keep in Mind!
    If you select a method of online payment, you will be redirected to the payment page, Pay-U. From there, you can go through the secure process of payment.
    If you select the method of on delivery payment, please take into account that when you receive your order, you must have the exact amount as is written on your receipt in order to avoid delays.
    10. After you have made your payment, you will recieve your reciept on your email, with all the information on that you selected on your products, delivery and method of payment.

    How does the delivery system work?

    At this moment in time, for the same day delivery service, we have not established a minimum price.

    The price of a delivery depends on your area of residence and can vary from $6.000 to $18.000 COP, to recieve it on the same day.

    On Mondays, we do not have order dispatch, therefore orders placed between Sunday after 8:00 am and all day Monday, will be dispatched on Tuesday.

    If you place your order before 8:00am, we will deliver your order on the same day you placed it. If your place your order after that time, you will recieve it on the following day.

    At this moment in time, for the same day delivery service, we have not established a minimum price.

    The delivery time varies according to the time slot in which the selected product and service was requested.

    1. After you have made your order and it is validated by our system, you will receive an email with the address you inputted, the date of the delivery and our email and telephone number so that you may contact us if you who have any questions.
    2. Please check that your email address is correct by clicking on the link on the map, otherwise, please contact us by email at [email protected].
    3. You will receive your order at any time from 7:00am to 5:00pm.
    4. Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email to tell you that it is on its way.
    5. Once the driver is near your house, you will receive a notification or a call from them.
    6. Please be ready to pick up your order at your door. The driver and/or companion do not have the authorization to enter your home.

    • If you have any questions, contact us on https://plazamercado.shop/contacto/ . Do not forget to show your receipt in order to be able to identify it in a quick and easy way.
    • On average, it takes around 1 to 6 hours for your order to arrive at your location.
    • Remember to always wear a mask to receive your order and to wash your products before using them.

    After completing the form, in around 3 days, you will recieve an email or a phone call (depending on which method of contact you chose earlier) , responding to your comment after we verify from part of our administration team. If the response is favourable, you will recieve a discount coupon, which can be used for your next purchase.
